With the 2023 Italian Grand Prix in F1 around the corner, it’s time to recap the information for the Monza weekend. From parking to special trains organized by Trenord to meet the needs of fans who will flock to the grandstands of the circuit during the weekend: let’s recap all the necessary info together.
Can you pay with tokens?
The answer came during the press conference for the presentation of the Italian Grand Prix.
To the attending media, it was reported: “There will be 24 areas for food and drinks. Starting this year, we are returning to cash or card payment systems. However, those who still have tokens from 2022 can use them.”
Parking and prices: How to reach the Monza grandstands?
It won’t be possible to park inside the circuit. Being located within the Monza Park, access to the Autodromo is only allowed to those who have the appropriate Pass, not available for individual purchase.
However, the event organizers have planned several parking areas outside the Park where fans can leave their cars.
Parking will be available in different packages and prices: gold, platinum, green, brown, purple, blue, orange.

Monza Fanzone: The weekend program
Activities for the Monza weekend will kick off on August 31st, where F2 and F3 drivers will inaugurate the Fanzone of the 94th Italian Grand Prix.
The area’s opening, set up between the straight opposite the pit lane and the one from the High-Speed Ring, is scheduled for 2:00 PM, with free entry and exclusive access from Viale Maranello. The drivers from both championships will be present on stage from 3:20 PM to 4:30 PM.
List of prohibited items: What to bring to Monza?
As every year, the list of allowed (and not allowed) items inside the Autodromo has been released. In particular, the following will be allowed: umbrellas without metal tips, chairs and stools (not made of wood), plastic bottles and water bottles not exceeding half a liter in capacity.
