The anticipation for the Italian GP is growing, and Formula 1 fans are starting to make their way to the Italian round of the 2023 Formula 1 championship. The Temple of Speed has always been the perfect gathering for Italian fans to witness the fastest cars in the world in action. For this occasion, the organizers of the Monza GP have planned several initiatives to entertain all the fans in attendance.
In recent days, we’ve seen some practical guides for the Monza Weekend, including parking maps, train ticket discounts, and guides to grandstand tickets.
The activities during the Monza weekend will kick off on August 31st, where F2 and F3 drivers will inaugurate the Fanzone of the 94th Italian Grand Prix. The area, set up between the opposite straight to the pits and the High-Speed Ring, will open at 2:00 PM, with free entry and exclusive access from Viale Maranello. The drivers from both championships will be present on stage from 3:20 PM to 4:30 PM.
Saturday morning is the turn of Scuderia Ferrari drivers
Starting from Friday, the Fanzone will provide ample space for Formula 1 protagonists, with drivers and team principals present. Access for the first day of Fanzone activities is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Additionally, entry will be allowed only to ticket holders for the GP days. Driving simulator, pit-stop practice, and Italian-made Formula 1
In the Fanzone, fans can test their tire-changing skills, try out the driving simulator, experience the thrill of the podium, and get a glimpse of the future of F1. Moreover, this will be an opportunity to admire some historic Italian cars from the past. Among these are the Alfa Romeo 182 (1982), Minardi 189 (1989), BMS/Dallara-Cosworth 190 (1990), Lambo 291 (1991), and the Fondmetal GR02 (1992).

Accompanying the Fanzone visitors will be music provided by M2O DJs. There will be an event on Saturday night with Carola Campagna and a grand finale on Sunday afternoon, following the traditional post-race track invasion.
Ferrari 499P will also be present
“Victory and even participation have a special flavor at Monza,” were the words of Enzo Ferrari. In keeping with this sentiment, the Prancing Horse has decided to pay a fitting tribute to its home race with the prestigious presence of the 499P inside the Fanzone. Among the Hypercar drivers, Antonio Giovinazzi will be engaged in the Fanzone. Alongside the recent LMH, other historic Ferrari bodyworks will be displayed: 750 Monza, 250 GTO from 1962; Testa Rossa Pontoon Fender, and three P4 models.
