“One has to be a bit humble, take time to understand where we are weak and where we are strong. And then one has to try to take action. But when you want to hire people, it’s a matter of months for the easier positions and years for the more difficult ones. It means the journey is long. It’s a matter of two years, but if we start in six months, it will be two and a half years. So, we have to push from the very beginning.” – the French manager explained.

“We have started recruiting massively. And this is also a message we have to send to the paddock and the team: we will do our best in every single area,” the Frenchman continued. When he speaks of “every area,” he is not just referring to the track but also to the factory: “It’s not just aerodynamics that bring performance, but all the members of the company. We have done a good job in terms of production, accelerating the implementation of updates. The response from the factory has been exceptional.” – the Ferrari boss concluded.
