Ferrari celebrates 30 years since Michael Schumacher’s arrival
The bond between Michael Schumacher and Ferrari remains one of the strongest and most successful in Formula 1 history. Their story together began in 1996, when the German driver chose the Maranello team and accepted the challenge of returning Ferrari to the top of the sport.
It took several seasons to achieve their World Championship objective, but the team gradually became stronger and more united. Ferrari eventually assembled an exceptional group that dominated Formula 1 between 2000 and 2004, winning five consecutive Drivers’ Championships and five Constructors’ Championships. Those titles followed the Constructors’ crown Ferrari had already secured in 1999.
Monza will now provide the setting for another celebration of the legendary figure known as the Kaiser, with Ferrari’s drivers also playing a central role in the tribute.

Charles Leclerc’s Michael Schumacher tribute helmet turns all red
The first photographs of Ferrari’s special Monza race suits and merchandise have appeared online, with Michael Schumacher’s seven stars returning as a central feature of the commemorative design. The stars celebrate the German champion and the lasting legacy he created with the Prancing Horse.
The drivers’ helmets will also feature more distinctive designs for the Italian Grand Prix. Charles Leclerc’s helmet will be entirely red and will recall Michael Schumacher’s famous design in virtually every detail, including the stars positioned across the top.
It is a tribute certain to remind Ferrari supporters of the era when Michael Schumacher was behind the wheel of the red car, leading the Scuderia through one of the most successful periods in its history.

Ferrari’s special SF-26 livery remains to be revealed
Attention will now turn to the special SF-26 livery inspired by Ferrari’s 1996 Formula 1 car. Several details are already known, including gold-coloured wheel rims and a brighter shade of red, but the rest of the design remains to be discovered.
Several events will also take place during Monza week, giving Ferrari supporters opportunities to meet Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton and potentially obtain photographs or autographs. Fans can already find details about the drivers’ scheduled appearance in Milan, with further useful information expected over the coming days.
