Tomorrow at 14:00 CET Scuderia Ferrari will officially launch the SF21, the last car on the 2021 starting grid which has yet to be presented. There will be less than 48 hours left until the first day of winter pre-season testing, which is scheduled to start Friday morning.
Below is the list of what has been anticipated so far regarding the latest addition to the Maranello team, called to redeem a very disappointing 2020 Formula 1 season, which is not an easy goal given that most of the resources are already focused on 2022, the year in which F1 will follow a new regulation.
1) The livery should have two shades of red, ‘Ferrari’ red and ‘Burgundy’ red, the latter being the color that was appreciated at Mugello last September on the occasion of the 1000th Grand Prix in Ferrari history.
2) The graphics of the title sponsor Mission Winnow will not be white, but black.
3) The two tokens required by the regulation were spent to redesign the gearbox and rear suspension.
