Carlos Sainz, deeply connected to karting since the early years of his career when he was associated with the company based in Prevalle, continues to engage in this sport passionately. Whether as part of his Formula 1 training regimen or as a leisure activity, his dedication to karting remains steadfast. In celebration of this enduring passion, Carlos has taken the initiative to endorse a comprehensive line of karts under his own brand. For this venture, he has entrusted OTK Kart Group, a global leader with 40 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and trading racing kart chassis, engines, and accessories, maintaining a steadfast commitment to the ‘100% made in OTK’ philosophy.

The collaboration between Carlos and the Italian manufacturer dates back to the inception of his career, with the Spaniard participating in prestigious international kart races under the banner of OTK Kart Group. During this period, he also raced for the official team, Tony Kart Racing Team, achieving notable victories such as the CIK-FIA Asia-Pacific Championship in 2008 and the Monaco Kart Cup in 2009 within the KF3 category. Another highlight includes securing the title of vice-champion in 2009. This enduring relationship underscores the mutual trust and shared success achieved over the years.
