Video: Formula 1 to host free launch party on iconic Las Vegas Strip set for November

In today’s hyper-media Formula 1, not everything revolves around the race itself, but side events play their part that create entertainment and business, two words very dear to the current top management. And therefore, the charm of the Las Vegas Grand Prix (November 18, 2023) is accompanied by a clear glamor since its official announcement. A few days ago, Formula 1 also confirmed it will organize a Launch Party for next Saturday, 5 November (a special event to launch the GP) at Ceasars Palace.

The party, which will therefore be held one year before the race, will be free and will last 12 hours (from 11 in the morning to 11 in the evening). Several Formula 1 teams and drivers will be present at this event, where fans will be able to hear the roar of the engines and witness the power of the cars up close in one of the most iconic cities in the world: there will also be a challenge between Red Bull and Mercedes on the Las Vegas Boulevard, as well as many fun activities, (pit stop challenges, simulators, drone show, trophies and gifts), for 500 lucky people over 21 and there will also be an opportunity to win a complimentary ticket for a private VIP celebration taking place that night, which features a performance by The Killers.

The lineup of festival activities includes:

11 a.m. The Launch Party begins with the Pit Stop Challenge, Esports Simulators, activations, car and trophy photo opportunities, and more in the Fan Zone at Caesars Palace
5:50 p.m. Live Car Run on Las Vegas Boulevard with drivers from Oracle Red Bull Racing and Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Teams
6:30 p.m. Drone Show above Caesars Palace
6:45 p.m. Introduction of drivers and teams on the main stage
11 p.m. Official afterparty with Alesso at OMNIA Nightclub
