GARRY CONNELLY
CHAIRMAN, AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTE OF MOTOR SPORT SAFETY; FIA WMSC MEMBER, FIA SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER Garry was instrumental in bringing the World Rally Championship to Australia in 1988 and served as Chairman of the Organising Committee, Board member and Clerk of Course of Rally Australia until December 2002. He has been an FIA Steward and FIA Observer since 1989, covering the FIA WRC, the FIA WTCC and the FIA Formula One World Championship. He is Chairman of the Australian Institute of Motor Sport Safety and director of the Australian Road Safety Foundation. He is a member of the FIA World Motor Sport Council, a member of the FIA Scientific Advisory Committee and FIA Environmental Delegate.

FELIX HOLTER
MEMBER FIA INTERNATIONAL STEWARDS PANEL, PERMANENT CHAIRMAN OF STEWARDS, DTM
Involved in motor sport in his native Germany from a young age, Felix Holter followed a junior karting career by moving into event organisation at his his local motor sport club. He began his stewarding at national level in 2007 and by 2011 was acting as Chairman of the Stewards of the ADAC GT Masters Series, as well as stewarding at the German round of the FIA WTCC, DTM, the F3 Euro Series and the FIA F3 Trophy. In 2013 he became permanent Chairman of the Stewards in DTM. In 2018 he became a member of the FIA International Stewards Panel. Holter also organises training activities for International Stewards.

DEREK WARWICK
FORMER FORMULA 1 DRIVER AND WORLD SPORTSCAR CHAMPION Derek Warwick raced in 146 grands prix from 1981 to 1993 for Toleman, Renault, Brabham, Arrows and Lotus. He scored 71 points and achieved four podium finishes, with two fastest laps. He was World Sportscar Champion in 1992 driving for Peugeot and also won Le Mans in the same year. He raced Jaguar sportscars in 1986 and 1991 and competed in the BTCC between 1995 and 1998 as well as a futher appearance at the Le Mans in 1996, driving for the Courage Competition team. Warwick is a frequent FIA driver steward and is also a past President of the British Racing Drivers’ Club.

DAVID DOMINGO
MEMBER OF THE FIA OFF-ROAD COMMISSION; MEMBER OF THE SPANISH ASN COURT OF APPEAL; FIA STEWARD
David Domingo combined his education in law with a passion for motor sport. He began his sports career in as a rally co-driver in 1995, while studying at university, and helped out with the management of his local motor club in Lleida. Since 2004 he has been a steward in national karting, off-road, circuits and rally championships. Since 2010 he has been the chair of stewards in the Int’l Series GT Open and Euroformula Open, and since 2014 has acted as national steward in Spain for Formula 1, WRC and World RX. He is a member of several commissions of the Spanish ASN and Catalan Federation.
