Monza Formula 1 Grand Prix 2025: Best parking options and shuttle services for fans. Complete guide to parking at the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix in Monza 2025.

Monza circuit

The Italian Grand Prix is one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year and every September it transforms the city of Monza into a true meeting point for tens of thousands of Formula 1 fans from all over the world. With such a massive influx of supporters, the search for a parking spot near the Autodromo Nazionale Monza becomes a real challenge. To help visitors avoid unnecessary stress, here is a detailed and practical guide to the best parking options for cars, motorcycles, and camper vans, so that everyone can fully enjoy the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix without worries.

Known universally as the Temple of Speed, the historic Monza circuit is preparing to welcome the most thrilling and crowded weekend of the entire Formula 1 season. Properly planning your travel and movements is essential not only to avoid long traffic jams and endless queues but also to make the experience smoother from start to finish. Choosing the right parking solution at the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix in Monza can truly make the difference between a stressful day and an unforgettable one.

Parking options at the Monza GP
For fans who are looking for maximum convenience and a very short walking distance from the main entrances, the Easy Camping Parking is without doubt one of the best choices. Located just 400 meters from entrances C and D, it is one of the closest parking areas to the Monza circuit. It is suitable for both cars and motorcycles and can be reserved directly online. Prices start from 29 euros per day or 99 euros for a five-day pass, making it an excellent option for those who want to save time, avoid waiting for shuttle buses, and enjoy a more relaxed access to the circuit.

However, Easy Camping is not the only solution available. Around the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, several other official parking areas are distributed and many of them remain active throughout the entire race weekend. The Green Parking, located about 500 meters from gates C and D, is reserved for motorcycles and camper vans. The White Parking is just slightly further away, at around 600 meters from gate C. Platinum Parking and Gold Parking are situated roughly one kilometre from Gate A, with Gold Parking also positioned 1.5 km from Gate G. Both of these areas accept cars, while Gold additionally provides spaces for motorcycles. The Orange Parking, located around 2 km from Gate A, is reserved exclusively for motorcycles, but it has limited availability since it closes at 10:30 pm. Finally, the Red Parking is further away, around 3.5 km from Gate G, and it is specifically designated for buses and coaches bringing large groups of spectators.

On the busiest days, particularly Saturday for qualifying and Sunday for the race, additional parking areas are opened to handle the larger crowds. The Brown Parking is located about one kilometre from gates C and B and is also intended for buses. The Purple Parking, about 4.5 km from Porta di Vedano, is connected by a shuttle bus service that drops passengers within a short walking distance of Gate A. For those who do not mind being slightly further away, the Blue Parking, situated around 5 km from Gate G, offers a shuttle service that takes visitors close to the entrance, with drop-off about 600 meters from the gate.

For spectators who opt for these more distant parking solutions, shuttle buses are a useful and practical option. However, it is worth keeping in mind that during peak hours they can become very crowded and sometimes require extra waiting time, which could lead to delays. Whenever possible, reaching the Autodromo Nazionale Monza on foot remains the fastest and most reliable way to arrive without unexpected complications.

Opening hours for the different parking areas vary slightly depending on the day. On Friday, they are open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm, while on both Saturday and Sunday access begins earlier, from 6:30 am, with closing again at 9:00 pm. These schedules allow visitors to arrive well ahead of the Formula 1 sessions and to leave without rushing once the events are over.

In conclusion, whether fans choose to park just a few hundred meters from the historic Temple of Speed or prefer to rely on the shuttle services from the more distant areas, the essential point is to plan in advance. The Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix at Monza is much more than just a sporting event: it is a true celebration for motorsport enthusiasts, an experience to be lived to the fullest. Only those who carefully organize their transport and parking will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of Monza all the way to the final corner of the race.
