After a difficult weekend for Ferrari in Singapore, which ended with an eighth-place finish and a penalty for track limits, Lewis Hamilton posted a long reflective message on social media. The Ferrari driver, still affected by the loss of his dog Roscoe, combined personal feelings with thoughts on the season, showing his determination to bring Scuderia Ferrari back to the top.
“After a tough week, it’s good to be home. I’ve had some time to reflect on my journey since Singapore, and the main emotion I feel is gratitude. The support and affection I’ve received after losing Roscoe reminded me that even when everything seems dark, there is still so much goodness in the world. You just have to know where to look for it.”
Lewis Hamilton explained how personal pain has given him a new perspective, finding strength in the closeness of fans and in the resilience of his new team.

“I’m also focusing on the positive aspects on track. Media headlines only tell part of the story—usually the part where we get things wrong or things don’t go as we’d like. But what I’ve concentrated on in recent months is the other story: how this team reacts when things go wrong. How we get back up and start over again.”
The seven-time world champion then commented on the Singapore Grand Prix, where a brake problem forced him to slow down just as he was building a strong comeback.
“Yesterday was the perfect example. We nailed the strategy, but the brake issue slowed us down just when we were finding our rhythm. Now we go back to the factory, analyze the race, and prepare for the next one. I’m really proud of this team, and I want to help them achieve the results they deserve, just as the fans do.”
“I see the progress we’re making and the hard work behind every weekend, but this is Ferrari. Progress alone isn’t enough. To achieve greatness, we have to go further, we have to be better. We can accomplish a lot together, and if we build on what we’ve done and change where needed, I firmly believe we will get there.”
The message ends with a clear sign of belonging and trust in the future: “Forza Ferrari.”
A sincere and deeply human post that moved fans, receiving thousands of supportive comments. Despite the difficulties, Hamilton continues to demonstrate leadership on and off the track, determined to guide Ferrari into a new era of success.
