Exor Financial Report
Today, the Agnelli family’s holding company, Exor N.V., released its financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, reporting a consolidated profit of 14.6 billion euros.
As is well known, the company’s portfolio includes Stellantis, Iveco, Ferrari, CNH Industrial, Juventus, The Guardian, GEDI, and Philips, among others.
The reference to Ferrari
In Exor’s customary letter to shareholders, CEO John Elkann commented on the group’s economic situation and outlined the challenges for 2025. Many were surprised by the lack of references to Juventus, while a few sentences were dedicated to motorsport.
“[…] 2024 was an extraordinary year for Ferrari, which combined solid financial results with successes in motorsport, sports cars, and the lifestyle sector. […] The F80 is inspired by the 499P hypercar, which replicated its 2023 success by once again winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2024. […] All 2024 objectives were exceeded, and 2025 promises to be exciting with the arrival of Lewis Hamilton and the launch of Ferrari’s first fully electric car. […]” reads the long letter signed by John Elkann, as reported by Calcio e Finanza.
It is no secret that the Ferrari chairman shares a special bond with the seven-time Formula 1 world champion, further demonstrated by John Elkann’s presence in Maranello on Lewis Hamilton’s first day at the company.
