With the looming budget cap, teams are seeking to secure as many sponsors as possible to limit their financial outlay. Moreover, when applying a small, medium, or large-sized sticker to a race car, it effectively turns into a global moving advertising billboard. This move is crucial for teams with limited funds (like Haas and Williams), while for the larger teams, it’s merely an addition. Among these, of course, is Ferrari, which seems to be welcoming a new Italian sponsor on the cars’ liveries.
Responsible Driving Always
The new sponsor which will be displayed on the red Ferrari single-seater of Maranello is already present in Formula One but currently adorns a rival car. Recent reports speak of a switch from Aston Martin to Ferrari for Peroni Nastro Azzurro. The historic Italian producer is featured in various places on the AMR23 and is recognized as one of the main sponsors, especially with their non-alcoholic Nastro Azzurro 0.0% beer line. The collaboration between the two parties seems to be ending after only two years.
It appears that the Italian product is about to part ways with the British team to join the national squad from the next Formula 1 season. However, there are some contractual issues to be resolved since Estrella Galicia, a competing brand of Peroni, is already present on the red Ferrari cars.
With the potential arrival of the renowned Italian producer, the brand’s image would be greatly enhanced. This is because becoming a sponsor of Ferrari signifies the brand’s high importance and credibility. Furthermore, with Peroni’s arrival, it’s not unlikely that both Ferrari drivers will be involved in advertising campaigns.

It’s worth noting that, being a beer producer, the advertising campaigns will focus on not consuming alcohol before driving. And what better way to do so than through two Formula 1 drivers. We recall that Heineken has already embarked on this path with Nico Rosberg, Mika Hakkinen, and Max Verstappen in various commercials.
