Formula 1 fans heading to Monza for the 2026 Italian Grand Prix will have several opportunities to see drivers away from the track, with Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton and Kimi Antonelli among the biggest names confirmed for the circuit’s fan zone programme.
The Monza F1 fan zone 2026 schedule begins on Thursday, September 3, when entry will be completely free and no Italian Grand Prix ticket will be required. Formula 1 driver appearances then begin on Friday before Ferrari’s Leclerc and Hamilton headline a busy Saturday morning ahead of qualifying.
The fan zone is positioned outside the circuit between the Ascari and Parabolica sections and has developed into one of the main gathering points for spectators during the 2026 Italian Grand Prix weekend.
Alongside the stage programme of interviews, DJ sets and live music, visitors will be able to use racing simulators, take podium photographs, attempt a pit-stop challenge and try a range of other interactive activities. Food, drinks and official merchandise will also be available throughout the area.

Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton headline Saturday at Monza
Saturday, September 5 brings the most Ferrari-focused part of the fan zone programme. After the area opens at 08:00 CEST, the first team appearance begins at 10:25 before Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton are scheduled to take the stage together from 10:45 to 10:55 CEST.
The appearance gives supporters another opportunity to see the Ferrari pairing during what is expected to be a particularly busy home weekend. Sunday tickets have already sold out as Monza prepares for an enormous Italian Grand Prix crowd.
The 2026 weekend also coincides with celebrations marking 30 years since Michael Schumacher’s first victory for Ferrari. The Scuderia has incorporated that period of its history into its home-race plans, including a special Michael Schumacher-inspired Ferrari livery for Monza.
Once the Ferrari drivers leave the stage, Mercedes will take over with separate appearances for George Russell and Kimi Antonelli. Russell is scheduled between 10:55 and 11:05 CEST, with Antonelli following immediately afterwards until 11:15.
Saturday, September 5 morning schedule:

It will not be the only opportunity for Ferrari supporters to see Leclerc and Hamilton around Italian GP week, with the two drivers also scheduled for a separate Ferrari appearance in Milan ahead of the Monza weekend.

The programme continues later on Saturday with a succession of former Formula 1 drivers and other familiar names. Giancarlo Fisichella opens the afternoon sequence before Jack Crawford and Pedro de la Rosa appear together.

Williams and Aston Martin not yet listed in fan zone schedule
The programme may not yet be final. At present, there are no listed fan zone sessions involving Williams or Aston Martin drivers, although the timetable could still be updated before the Italian Grand Prix weekend gets fully under way.
DJ sets and other musical performances will continue alongside the scheduled interviews, while the permanent activities in the fan zone will remain available across the event.
The area is also one of the major locations at Monza for official Formula 1 and team merchandise. Supporters looking for particular products or clothing sizes may want to visit earlier in the weekend, as the larger Saturday and Sunday crowds can result in popular items selling out.
