While the teams gradually reveal the outcome of their winter work, preparations are underway to return to the track. This February is providing unprecedented twists, from Lewis Hamilton’s signing with Ferrari to the Horner case within Red Bull’s walls, building anticipation for the upcoming Formula 1 season.
How will Lewis Hamilton and Carlos Sainz perform? Will Chris Horner be truly forced to leave Milton Keynes? What will be the dynamics on the field, and what influence will the drivers and teams undergo with the latest developments?
Many questions are on the minds of fans, and the curiosity to understand various aspects of the upcoming championship paddock is growing day by day. A first opportunity to observe the protagonists up close will be in Bahrain the week before the Grand Prix, when Formula 1 returns to the track for the 2024 pre-season tests at the Sakhir circuit.
The first day of winter testing will be on Wednesday, February 21: it will mark the beginning of the three days that the drivers will spend on the track. On each of the three days, on-track activities will commence at 8 AM (Central European Standard Time), with the checkered flag falling at 5 PM (Central European Standard Time). There will be a break from 12 PM to 1 PM, as in previous years.
