As reported by RaceFans, the official Formula 1 YouTube channel has reached a total of over four billion views on its content. The stats and data are based on the information gathered by social media analytics site Social Blade, who informs that the official YouTube channel for Formula 1 reached four billion total views last week across all videos posted on the platform.
With 6.89 million subscribers, Formula 1 is by far the most popular official motorsport series channel on the video sharing platform, ahead of Moto GP (4.6m subscribers) and dwarfing NASCAR (798,000), the World Rally Championship (738,000), Formula E (688,000), IndyCar (312,000) and the World Endurance Championship (169,000).

The most popular video on the Formula 1 official Youtube channel is a countdown of the top ten most dramatic pit lane incidents in the sport, which was posted in January two years ago. The video has a total of 26 million views.
Not at all surprisingly, a video showing the most important moments which took place in the last race of the 2021 Formula 1 season, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix (with Max Verstappen who won the title in a dramatic last-lap battle against Lewis Hamilton), has amassed 16 million total views. These viewing figures show the sport’s growing popularity, not only in the United States, but also in Asia and South America.
