The fifth edition of the Saudi Arabian GP takes place on the Jeddah street circuit. From the moment it was announced, this round of the World Championship has sparked much debate, especially regarding the country’s human rights record.
Unlike last year, the 2025 race weekend returns to its usual schedule: practice on Friday, qualifying on Saturday, and the race on Sunday. F1, Saudi Arabian GP 2025: What’s the weather forecast for the weekend?
The heat will be a real challenge for the teams, and the weather could put significant stress on the tyres. Another weekend of high temperatures is expected. Just like in Sakhir, Jeddah is forecast to be quite hot. The entire weekend should see temperatures around 30°C, with no surprises in terms of weather: no rain is expected, just sun throughout.
It will be very hot during free practice, with conditions expected to slightly intensify on Saturday. During FP3, temperatures are expected to reach around 32°C, then cool slightly in the evening—qualifying should see somewhat milder conditions.
As for Sunday, the forecast also predicts very warm weather, and track temperatures are expected to be high as well. In short, it’s shaping up to be a weekend full of action.
