There might be a hint about the SF-24 livery in the video with which Ferrari officially announced the name of the new car.
Anticipation regarding Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz’s new single-seater is high. Just over ten days remain until Scuderia Ferrari unveils the new livery of the SF-24, although there could already be some hints.
From the video with which the Italian team officially announced the name of the new car that will cross the gates of Maranello, a particular detail can be noticed that has not escaped the most attentive fans. Among the many images featuring the two drivers, eagle-eyed fans have spotted a detail on the suit that could be a clue about the new car’s color scheme.
Observing the cuffs of the suits that Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc will (likely) wear, the presence of white is evident. This immediately brings to mind the livery used by Fred Vasseur’s team in Las Vegas, with a rear wing that was much appreciated by the fans. In that case, the color scheme was chosen to evoke some cars that made history for the Prancing Horse and the old editions of the American race.
For now, this is just a small social media hint, which is intentionally left by teams nowadays to increase the level of mystery around the new car. We’ll have to wait a few more days to find out if the livery of the new SF-24 will indeed feature some touches of white.
