The second free practice session at Monza saw some dramatic moments for Ferrari drivers, with both Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton briefly leaving the track. Charles Leclerc’s excursion at Ascari was particularly impressive. Despite locking up and running wide into the gravel, the Monegasque managed to keep the car under control, preventing what could have easily turned into a spin. His precise reactions and skillful handling highlighted his exceptional car control under pressure, a quality that could prove decisive during the race.
Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton also ran wide at the second Lesmo corner, sending gravel across the track, but it did not require any stoppage. Charles Leclerc’s recovery, however, stood out as a showcase of experience and composure in challenging conditions.
