American events are becoming more and more of a show, both on and off the track. The Las Vegas weekend is around the corner, and the drivers are participating in promotional events for the GP. During one of these events, the Ferrari duo, Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc, took part in an activity where they turned into artists and painted suits for Las Vegas.
Brush in hand, let the art begin
Like true painters, the two Ferrari drivers armed themselves with a brush and white paint to decorate the red Ferrari suits. The starting point was a genuine Formula 1 suit but without any sponsors. The chosen color for decoration was, of course, white, the primary shade of Ferrari for this weekend.
The event saw the two drivers express their artistic personalities to the fullest. Carlos Sainz chose to use white paint to reproduce his race number on the chest area. The style chosen was the one we had already seen in his special suit for the Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuit de Catalunya-Barcelona, with the only difference being the color, which was yellow in that case. The Spanish driver couldn’t resist adding his distinctive element, the chili pepper, at the top of the chest area.
Equally artistic was Charles Leclerc’s performance, who chose to color his suit in a simpler but meaningful way. The Monegasque driver decided to use horizontal white lines separated by the red background of the suit. Obviously, the simple design does not mean it lacks significance; in fact, this arrangement of lines best represents the flag of the Principality of Monaco. Additionally, on the left side of the suit, Charles Leclerc also added his name vertically, replacing the “A” in his name with his race number.

Personalization was not lacking in the rear area, with Charles Leclerc adding the phrase “This is art.”
