The Baku Street Circuit is a Herman Tilke planned motor racing circuit in Baku, Azerbaijan to be constructed near Baku Boulevard, right by the sea front. It is scheduled to host the second Baku European Grand Prix. Baku is the capital and the largest city of Azerbaijan. At 28 metres below sea level Baku is the lowest lying national capital in the world and is home to approximately 3 million people.
