Yesterday, Netflix released the trailer for “Swing to Survive,” where Formula 1 and golf come together.

Characters from two Netflix sports series, “Drive to Survive” and “Full Swing” (dedicated to famous golfers), will compete in “The Netflix Cup.” This is the very first live sports event produced by the American production company.

The Formula 1 drivers and golfers will participate in a tournament at the Wynn Golf Club in Las Vegas, an 18-hole golf course located on the Las Vegas Strip. The event will take place on November 14 starting at 6:00 PM ET (midnight on November 15 in Italy) and will kick off the Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend.

But who will participate? Among the drivers, we will see Alex Albon (Williams Racing), Pierre Gasly (BWT Alpine F1 Team), Lando Norris (McLaren Racing), and Carlos Sainz (Scuderia Ferrari). On the professional golfers’ side: Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, Collin Morikawa, and Justin Thomas.

How will it work? There will be four pairs, each consisting of a Formula 1 driver and a PGA TOUR professional who will play an eight-hole match. The top two teams will advance to the final hole, where they will compete to win the inaugural Netflix Cup title.
