The 2000 Italian Grand Prix was held on 10 September 2000 at the Monza track. It was the 14th race of the 2000 Formula One World Championship and the 71st Italian Grand Prix.
Scuderia Ferrari German driver Michael Schumacher won the 53-lap race after starting from pole position in Monza. Teammate Rubens Barrichello was forced to retire after a Lap 1 collision caused by Frentzen and Trulli.
