Scuderia Ferrari and the other racing teams are preparing to compete in the night race in Las Vegas. The race in the city of American lights has been receiving many criticisms regarding ticket sales and protests. Nevertheless, teams and drivers will seize the opportunity to race in Las Vegas to showcase special elements that define them. For the Las Vegas Grand Prix, Ferrari has chosen to use a special livery for the SF-23 and the drivers’ suits.
A return of white
Just from the drivers’ suits, we have seen that the graphics feature shades seen only on a specific occasion. We’re talking about white, used to particularly characterize the rear wing. This element still bears the distinctive “Ferrari” inscription at the center of the movable flap, but this time with a different coloration. Throughout the season, we’ve been accustomed to seeing it in white against the “black” carbon background for better contrast. This time they have done the reverse, coloring the entire wing white and leaving the inscription in black with the historic font.
Many details of the entire car are still missing, but we can imagine that the white color trend may continue on the bodywork. Of course, red won’t be absent, but we think there will be some hints of this color on the car’s body as well.
One of the clues might be the color chosen for the numbers on the drivers’ suits, placed on a white background. Furthermore, even the sponsors may undergo changes, with their characteristic colors making way for the white shade.
