Here is a comparison of Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari SF-23 going through turn 5 in FP3 and in qualifying for the 2023 Spain GP. There is clearly a problem. Charles can’t take the curbs on all his laps in qualifying, whereas on all his laps in FP3, he has no problem:
