In the wake of the catastrophic flooding that devastated the Valencia region on Spain’s eastern coast, Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz has taken action to support the affected communities.
The severe flooding was caused by a massive storm that struck Spain’s Mediterranean coast at the end of October. Known as DANA (an acronym for “isolated high-altitude depression”), the storm unleashed torrential rains, making it the most destructive event of its kind in over a century. The devastation has left many people displaced and in dire need of assistance.
In response, Carlos Sainz has been actively involved in efforts to aid those impacted by the disaster. His involvement serves as an example of solidarity, as the region continues to recover from the immense damage.
