The F1 Live car run took place in the heart of the city on Wednesday August 29 ahead of the Formula 1 Gran Premio Heineken D’Italia 2018, with the patronage of the City of Milan, and in association with ACI. Fans lining the streets were able to experience the roar of the engines, the smell of the rubber and the incredible energy that only Formula 1 cars can produce as the cars are put through their paces on a unique bespoke city circuit. The festival was free for all to attend in the Darsena area, centre of Milan’s ancient, and now restored, Navigli water canals.
Ferrari drivers Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen, and Sauber drivers Marcus Ericsson and Charles Leclerc also met and greeted the crowds attending the event.
