New sponsor for Scuderia Ferrari
The Scuderia Ferrari F1 team has announced a change in its ‘banking’ sponsor. Late on Friday evening, it was officially confirmed that the partnership with Banco Santander will end at the conclusion of 2024, marking the natural expiration of the three-year sponsorship agreement from 2022 to 2024.
This morning, following the victory at Monza with Charles Leclerc and at COTA in the WEC with the 499P #83 driven by Robert Shwartzman, Robert Kubica, and Yifei Ye, the official announcement of the agreement with Unicredit starting from 2025 was made.
The official statement reads: “Ferrari announces that, starting from January 1, 2025, UniCredit S.p.A. will partner with Ferrari S.p.A., a company wholly owned by it, to support its Formula 1 sporting activities with a multi-year agreement.”
