Sales for tickets to the 2026 Monte Carlo Grand Prix are officially open starting today. On the official website of the Automobile Club of Monaco, all club members can purchase their tickets to attend next year’s Formula 1 race. In two weeks, the ticketing system will also open for general public sales.
The Monaco round has always been one of the most glamorous events in the entire F1 calendar, and for this reason, prices have never been very affordable. However, looking at the 2026 price list, what stands out and truly leaves fans speechless is the cost of attending qualifying on Saturday and the race on Sunday: a single ticket can exceed one thousand euros.
It is true that promoters must now face the ever-growing demands set by Formula 1, but we are now approaching the limit. F1 has increasingly shifted towards luxury over recent years, moving further away from fans and sport accessibility. If we consider the K1 grandstand, the so-called “tabacchi stand,” back in 2021, the price was only €660. Today, just five years later, it has risen to €950, an increase of €290.
