Formula 1 has finally returned to Monaco. The most glamorous weekend of the year officially got underway with the first free practice session. As the green flag waved over the Principality, all 22 drivers immediately took to the track, with hometown hero Charles Leclerc — fresh from signing a new contract extension with Ferrari — receiving a rapturous reception from fans all around the circuit.
