After a one-week break, Formula 1 now heads to Miami for the fifth round of the 2022 season. The race is one of the most highly anticipated events on the calendar. It is the first edition of the Miami Grand Prix and will take place at the Miami International Autodrome in Miami Gardens, Florida.
There are due to be three practice sessions, each lasting one hour. The first two practice sessions are due to take place on Friday 6 May at 14:30 and 17:30 local time (UTC-05:00) and the third practice session is due to take place at 13:00 on 7 May. Qualifying is due to take place on 7 May at 16:00 local time and last for one hour. The race is due to start at 15:30 local time on 8 May and last for 57 laps, with a time limit of two hours.
