Lewis Hamilton is the only driver with 100% of laps completed so far this season
Lewis Hamilton is the only Formula 1 driver to have completed every single lap contested so far this season. The statistic was highlighted by Formula 1’s official social media channels, which paid tribute to the Ferrari driver and his remarkable consistency at the start of the 2026 campaign.
The achievement further underlines the excellent form currently enjoyed by the seven-time World Champion. Combined with his recent results, including a string of strong performances and his breakthrough victory with Ferrari, the statistic reflects a driver who appears increasingly comfortable within the Scuderia setup.
Lewis Hamilton’s consistency has become one of Ferrari’s greatest strengths this season, allowing the British driver to maximise every opportunity while avoiding the setbacks that have affected many of his rivals.
Behind Lewis Hamilton in the lap-completion standings are Andrea Kimi Antonelli and Franco Colapinto, both with 431 laps completed.
Several other drivers have also surpassed the 400-lap mark:
Esteban Ocon – 429 laps
Carlos Sainz – 422 laps
Charles Leclerc – 418 laps
Further behind are Sergio Perez with 399 laps completed and George Russell with 397.
While outright speed often dominates Formula 1 headlines, reliability and consistency remain crucial ingredients in any championship campaign. Completing every lap not only maximises points-scoring opportunities but also provides teams with valuable data that can prove decisive over the course of a long season.
For Lewis Hamilton, the statistic is another indication that both driver and team are operating at a very high level. As Ferrari continues its push at the front of the field, the British driver will be eager to maintain this perfect record and build further momentum heading into the next phase of the championship.
