Ferrari: Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc meet fans today in Milan at 19:30 at Palazzo Reale
The event is sponsored by Peroni and will be broadcast live on Sky Sport.
Crowd gathering ahead of the Italian GP at Monza
Winning at home in Monza could be the key to saving Ferrari’s 2025 season. The Scuderia is the only one among the top teams that has not yet celebrated a Grand Prix victory this year – the only success so far came in the Chinese Sprint race thanks to Lewis Hamilton. The team is hoping to ignite the passion of the home crowd at Monza, although Lewis Hamilton already knows he will face a five-place grid penalty after failing to respect double yellow flags before the Dutch Grand Prix even started.
Just one year ago, Charles Leclerc claimed his second career victory at Monza, following up on his 2019 triumph at the Temple of Speed. That win also completed a remarkable Monaco-Monza double in a 2024 season where Ferrari achieved five victories overall, battling McLaren for the Constructors’ Championship right up to the final round in Abu Dhabi.
Today, Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton will have the chance to meet their fans in Milan at Palazzo Reale. Starting from 19:30, the ‘Drive to Monza’ event, supported by sponsor Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%, will take place, giving the Tifosi a chance to show their support ahead of the big race. Fans will also be able to follow the gathering live on Sky Sport.
