Finally, we can talk about a good weekend for Scuderia Ferrari since the start of the 2023 Formula 1 championship. The red car on the Red Bull Ring circuit has shown positive signs, thanks to the updates made on the SF-23. Although Red Bull’s Max Verstappen remains out of reach this year, Charles Leclerc secures second place and the Maranello team’s second podium of the 2023 F1 season (excluding sprints), while Carlos Sainz initially settles for fourth place but will later drop to sixth due to track limits penalties, after a good performance on Saturday but a rather difficult Sunday at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg.

FERRARI RENEWAL MATTER
When asked about the contract renewals for Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, John Elkann preferred to bypass the topic for now, saying, “As Fred Vasseur has already stated, there are other priorities to focus on at this moment.
