The Scuderia comes out of Japan with a fourth and a seventh place. In Maranello, they hope that the new parts arriving will help close the gap seen so far with rival teams. At the same time, McLaren has expressed some concern about the potential level of their car in Bahrain.
Weather forecast for the Sakhir weekend
The heat is expected to return in Bahrain, which is something not to be underestimated, as during testing Ferrari had to “open” the engine covers to avoid temperature-related issues. We’ll see if, a few months later, Ferrari has resolved this problem.
