How to watch the 2023 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix on TV | Austin race weekend. How to watch 2023 F1 US Grand Prix on TV.

The 44th edition of the United States Grand Prix takes place at the Austin Circuit in Texas. While the world titles have already been mathematically awarded, the battle for the second position in the constructor’s championship is still fierce, with McLaren’s strong performance causing concerns for Mercedes and Ferrari.

The Austin weekend will also feature the Sprint format with qualifying on Friday and Saturday, dedicated to qualifying and the Sprint race. Here are all the TV schedules for the US Grand Prix in Austin, USA, for F1 on Sky and TV8 in Italy, along with some useful tips to prepare for the weekend.

What’s the ideal setup for Austin?
The Circuit of the Americas (COTA) was inaugurated in 2012 with the aim of combining a variety of iconic corners from other Formula 1 championship tracks. This puzzle-like layout is incredibly harmonious and stands as one of Hermann Tilke’s most successful tracks.

One of COTA’s most distinctive features is the steep climb right after the start, similar to the first sector of the Red Bull Ring. The circuit then features a series of “S” curves reminiscent of sections at tracks like Silverstone and Suzuka, followed by a straight and a section with slow, twisty corners resembling those of a city circuit, leading into a multi-apex turn inspired by Istanbul Park’s famous Turn 8.

The numerous corners in the first sector demand high aerodynamic load, while the circuit’s two long straights force teams to find a compromise in their aerodynamic setup.

Suspension adjustment is also a complex task since the succession of corners requires a car that’s both responsive and stable during direction changes.
