Furthermore, according to Motorsport Italy, the technician would already be operational in Maranello. In addition, he would be contributing to the development and evolution of the SF23. The Baku race has shown a Ferrari clearly on the rise compared to the terrible start of the 2023 Formula One season. However, the two Red Bull drivers had an easy time getting rid of Charles Leclerc’s SF23 on the straight, reaching speed differences of over 30 km/h with DRS wide open.
The real key weapon that allows the RB19 to make the difference is indeed the powerful movable wing, which allows the two drivers to reach incredible top speeds, unable to be matched by the competition.
The SF-23, on the other hand, has shown it has one of the best Power Units in terms of pure power. The real difference, however, is noticeable with the DRS open.
