Most men like fast cars and love beautiful women. Obviously, being a Formula 1 superstar would be the perfect combination! While this isn’t really an attainable job for most people who’d like to pursue it, that doesn’t mean the average guy can’t learn a thing or two from these top-notch individuals. Today, we’ll be taking a look at the girlfriends and wives of Formula 1 superstars. More specifically, how they met, when they met, and if the relationships are still ongoing!
Remember, even if you might not be able to become a superstar or date an actress (much like how Lewis Hamilton dated Nicole Scherzinger), that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of lovely ladies worth a second glance in your area! Many men go online to meet black singles or find future wives, so the romantic potential is there: you just have to reach out and grab it! Many top dating outlets for black singles have a set of special features that make the process of matching with local ebony beauties extremely easy.
Lewis Hamilton
Driving at high speeds often involves taking big risks, but if his love life is any indication of his general demeanor, then Lewis Hamilton doesn’t seem to be phased by much! Hamilton began his impressive dating career back in 2002 when he dated later-to-be Miss England, Danielle Lloyd. Sadly, the two split after six months due to being too far apart, but Hamilton then went on to date Jodie Ma & Vivian Burkhardt before dumping Burkhardt for the Pussycat Doll’s own Nicole Scherzinger! After a seven-year on-and-off relationship, Hamilton seems to have been playing the field for years but hasn’t committed just yet. He’s always being seen out and about with pop stars, models, and other beautiful ladies of the world.
Max Verstappen
Unsurprisingly, Max Verstappen has seen his fair share of beautiful women in his short few years so far, although the driver seems to like to keep his private life just that—private! In his younger years, he had a few short relationships with fellow drivers (Sabre Cook and Mikaela Ahlin-Kottunlinsky) as well as Instagram models Joyce Godefridi and Roos Van Der Aa. These days, however, Max seems to be sticking with one woman: Kelly Piquet. As both an influencer and model, the two seem like the perfect power couple in the making.
Sebastian Vettel
Unlike the other men on this list so far, Sebastian seems to have taken a much more direct (and effective!) approach to romance. His only confirmed relationship is with Hanna Prater, who he married back in 2019. The two met in 2006, first becoming friends and then moving in together in 2010. After dating for many years, the couple decided to tie the knot, making things official and taking Vettel off the market. Unlike many celebrity wives, Prater seems to stay away from social media, with her Instagram page describing her as “Just another girl” and her last post having been made in November of 2013.
Scuderia Ferrari Pilots
Fernando Alonso
As one might expect from a highly successful driver, Alonso has dated many beautiful women throughout the years. He married Raquel Del Rosario back in 2006, but the pair only lasted until December of 2011 before getting a divorce. Around the same time, Alonso was briefly together with supermodel Xenia Tchoumitcheva before he was spotted with Russian model Dasha Kapustina in 2012. From 2014 to 2016, Alonso was dating a popular Spanish sports journalist named Lara Alvarez, and he’s been dating his current girlfriend, Linda Morselli, since 2016.
Kimi Räikkönen
“The Iceman” doesn’t seem to be one for extraneous romantic pursuits, although it certainly wouldn’t be impossible for a man of his status! His “official” dating career began in 1999 when he dated Finish celebrity Hanna Raivisto for two years. He later dated Finnish model Jenni Dahlman, and the two got married on July 31 of 2004. However, they separated in 2013 and finalized their divorce in 2014. He married underwear model Minttu Virtanen on August 7 of 2016, and the two have been together for the last five years,
Michael Schumacher
Sometimes, simple is best. Michael Schumacher started dating Corinna Betsch (now Corinna Schumacher) in March of 1991. After spending four years together, the pair made things official and got married on August 1 of 1995. The two have spent the last 26 years together and even have two children: Gina-Maria & Mick. Having been together—including time dating and time married—for over 30 years, we think that Michael has arguably had the best love life. While he hasn’t enjoyed the high-income lifestyle/company of multiple women like some of his fellow racers, his marriage has remained strong, his family has grown, and Schumacher was able to comfortably retire in 2006.
