Fred Vasseur urges Ferrari to take "aggressive approach in Melbourne like in Jeddah"

Ferrari team principal Frederic Vasseur has kicked off the Australian Grand Prix weekend by rallying for the Maranello team and anticipating high expectations at the Albert Park circuit in view of the third round of the season.

Meanwhile, Fred Vasseur has previewed the 2024 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix weekend by providing insights into the approach of the Maranello team. “After what we’ve seen in the first two races, now we have to prepare for the longest trip of the entire season that brings us here to Melbourne,” the French manager anticipates.

“We have shown that we have worked well during the first two rounds of the championship and demonstrated that we are currently the second force after Red Bull. Here in Melbourne, we might see a repeat of what happened in Jeddah with a very aggressive approach to try to put pressure on our rivals,” concludes the Ferrari team principal ahead of the Australian Grand Prix.
