Almost one week has passed since Charles Leclerc’s magnificent victory in the Monaco Grand Prix, finally breaking the curse after six years and triumphing in his home race on the streets of Monte Carlo. Fred Vasseur increasingly a leader

Speaking to the Italian media a few days after the Monaco Grand Prix about what he told the Maranello team, the Frenchman responded: “I told them that I always insist on the same message: everyone is an element of performance differentiation. Every member of the company plays a key role.” – the Ferrari boss explained – “It’s not just about approval or performance. In terms of production, acceleration of production, quality, every single team member is a performance differentiation factor.” – he added.
“I told them they are the owners of the results when the results are not great, but they are also the owners of the results when we are winning. The trophy was the result of their work; they are the holders of the trophy more than anyone else.” – the French manager pointed out.

Frederic Vasseur’s speech was that of an absolute leader, of a commander who managed to straighten out a ship that just over a year ago was adrift, and now seems increasingly eager to aim for the big prize: challenging Red Bull for the Formula 1 world title.
