Scuderia Ferrari German driver Sebastian Vettel admitted that the hard work will not stop for him over the upcoming summer break as he tries to get to the bottom of all the issues he and the Italian side have been suffering from this season.
Sebastian Vettel came into the 2019 Formula One season believing that this was the year him and his team could finally overhaul the dominance of Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton, but it hasn’t gone how they would have wanted, with the German failing to win a race and sitting a huge 84 points behind Hamilton with nine races to go. However, typical of Sebastian Vettel’s nature, he is not ready to give up, and according to nu.nl, he told media on Thursday in Hungary:
“A victory here would be great, then we go into the summer break with a good momentum. I think that few people from our team go to the beach, I certainly do not. The factory is closed in the summer, but we can work together think about what could be improved. Hopefully we can look back on this weekend in Hungary in a few months and then we say: that was the turning point, everything got better from that race on. The goal is to win. I want that, and with me the whole team.” – Scuderia Ferrari German driver Sebastian Vettel explained, ahead of the 2019 Hungarian Grand Prix.
