For Scuderia Ferrari there is only one small change of the SF21 that we will see at the Baku City Circuit this weekend: the Prancing Horse team, in particular, proposes the most discharged front wing among the configurations at its disposal. We just have to look at the last additional flap to see how it has been reduced, so much so that the writing of the sponsor Mission Winnow is slightly limited in some places.
The SF21 in Monte Carlo showed excellent traction and downforce at low speeds, while the shortcomings include the lack of top speed in part due to the (reduced) lack of horsepower of the power unit and in part to its configuration which is certainly not among the most efficient.
The small step in the last flap near the height adjuster certainly did not escape the more attentive eyes of the most savvy enthusiasts: the boomerang part has a greater incidence than the second portion of the profile that attaches to the side bulkhead.
These details testify how the micro-aerodynamics exasperate certain aspects, testifying to a research that is increasingly oriented towards details as well.
