A special season
The 2025 Formula 1 season is fast approaching: some teams have already started unveiling their new single-seaters, taking them to the track for initial shakedowns, and on February 18 in London, the Circus leadership will host an event to celebrate the championship’s 75th anniversary.

For Ferrari, which will officially present the SF-25 the following day in Maranello, this will not be just another season. The strong finish last year, with the Constructors’ title narrowly missed, and, above all, the arrival of Lewis Hamilton on the team make this season full of expectations. Especially since the regulatory changes in 2026 make the more distant future an enormous unknown.

At Maranello, the team decided to engage in some healthy team building to prepare, emotionally as well, for what promises to be an exhausting championship. The Maranello team’s’s social media accounts shared photos from a large gathering held just steps away from the Fiorano track: all team members assembled at the Ferrari F1 Team Depot, in the presence of team principal Fred Vasseur and, most notably, the two drivers—Hamilton and Leclerc, the undisputed stars of the day—to conclude this preseason phase with the right spirit.

The two star drivers, enthusiastically welcomed, also addressed the employees. This event provided the setting for the seven-time world champion’s first speech in Italian, as he immediately sought to acclimate himself to his new team. In just a month, things will get serious with the first Grand Prix on the other side of the world, in Australia at the Albert Park circuit.
