Scuderia Ferrari has confirmed its driver line-up for the post-season test in Abu Dhabi, which takes place after the Formula 1 race this weekend.
Each Formula 1 team has the possibility of running two cars in the Abu Dhabi testing session – one 2021 car and one mule car.
The mule car can be used over two days – one day of which it must be piloted by a Formula 1 driver who competed in the 2021 championship – and the other car is this year’s specification which can be used on just one day and is reserved for young drivers with a maximum of two Formula 1 starts during their career.
Only nine teams will take part in this post-season testing session, as Williams cannot attend due to the fact that the team has not provided a tyre-testing mule car.
