Present at the 2025 Austin Grand Prix in the United States, Benedetto Vigna commented on Ferrari’s performance at the Texan circuit. In a paddock always filled with stars, the CEO of Ferrari had the opportunity to observe closely the work of “his” team. The Scuderia returned to the podium at the end of a race in which it played a prominent role on track thanks to strategy and an extended battle between Lando Norris in the McLaren and Charles Leclerc.

The result may not have fully matched the expectations set at the start of the year, but it improved the mood within the Maranello-based team. What gives hope to Ferrari fans is seeing a team capable of resolving Friday’s issues and finding performance during the Grand Prix itself.

Benedetto Vigna comments on his team’s race

Interviewed by Marc Gene under the Austin podium, Benedetto Vigna briefly discussed the performance of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc. The Ferrari CEO said: “A beautiful race, with great spirit. The guys gave their all, and we needed a podium like this. When you work well and cohesively, results come, and this is certainly nice to see. The great thing about F1 is that things can change from one moment to the next. You must not get discouraged. We will keep pushing, and we will reach our goals.”
