For the first time since testing started on Monday at the Circuit de Catalunya Scuderia Ferrari has not led at the end of a session, but the Maranello team can be more than happy at the end of Day 3 in Barcelona. German driver Sebastian Vettel completed 134 laps, the equivalent of 623.77 km, with a personal best time of 1:18.350, which was done in a morning stint. During the afternoon session, Sebastian Vettel’s program focused on the long runs, race simulations with different tyre compounds in order to evaluate the behaviour of the SF90 car in certain conditions.
Charles Leclerc will be back at the wheel of the SF90 on Thursday, for the last day from the first pre-season testing period at the Circuit de Catalunya.
