The chequered flag brings another perfect Friday for Charles Leclerc, who has topped both practice sessions at the Mexico City Grand Prix, repeating his achievement from Austin just one week earlier.
This time, however, Ferrari’s performance appears even more convincing. Charles Leclerc has set the pace throughout Friday’s running, giving the Scuderia plenty of encouragement heading into the rest of the weekend.
For Lewis Hamilton, the second session told a very different story. A technical problem forced the seven-time world champion to stop on track, costing him more than 30 minutes of valuable running time. While his teammate enjoyed another impressive session, the Briton was left with considerably less preparation ahead of Saturday.
