The week of activity on the track continues for Scuderia Ferrari at Fiorano. Yesterday Carlos Sainz covered more than one Grand Prix in terms of km, while today the work program has already begun with Mick Schumacher as protagonist. The young German driver has just returned from the Imola weekend where, apart from the Safety Car mistake, he was consistently faster than fellow Haas teammate Nikita Mazepin.
In addition to Mick Schumacher, Callum Ilott should also get the chance to take to the track. Other Ferrari Driver Academy members such as Marcus Armstrong and Robert Shwartzman, on the other hand, are expected on the track in Barcelona this weekend together with all the F2 teams and drivers for the second test session after the one held in Bahrain that preceded the first Formula 2 race weekend in Sakhir. In two weeks time, at Barcelona, it will instead be the turn of F3 to inaugurate its 2021 season. In that championship, the Ferrari Driver Academy will be represented by Charles Leclerc’s younger brother, Arthur.
