In this latest video, join us as we delve into Ferrari’s daring and assertive approach in shaping the SF-24. To narrow the gap to Red Bull, the Ferrari engineering team embraced a bold strategy in the development of the SF-24. In the preceding season, Team Principal Frédéric Vasseur concluded work on the previous car ahead of schedule. All resources in Maranello were redirected towards the creation of the new model. As a result, the modifications are substantial. By adopting an entirely new chassis as the core, the objective was to grant aerodynamicists greater flexibility, coupled with the introduction of the new gearbox. Notably, ample space was generated on the underside, allowing the Venturi channels and the diffuser to optimize the car’s grip on the asphalt even more effectively.
