Charles Leclerc has built an increasingly diverse investment portfolio away from Formula 1, backing businesses in ice cream, luxury watches, athlete management, fashion, karting and sleep technology while also expanding his creative work in music. Like Lewis Hamilton, the Ferrari driver has broadened his commercial outlook beyond motorsport in recent years, turning several personal interests into business ventures.
His best-known project is probably LEC, the low-calorie ice cream brand launched in 2024, although his musical work has also attracted considerable attention. Those are far from his only activities, however, with the Monegasque becoming involved in several very different sectors while continuing to race for Ferrari. Charles Leclerc has previously explained how he balances his business ventures with Formula 1, maintaining that racing remains his overriding priority.
Charles Leclerc’s investments begin with LEC ice cream
In 2024, Charles Leclerc created LEC, an ice cream brand distinguished by products with a reduced calorie content that are now widely available in supermarkets. The Ferrari driver shares the investment with his manager Nicolas Todt and Grom founders Federico Grom and Guido Martinetti, while the products are distributed internationally.
More than 500,000 tubs were sold during LEC’s first year on the market, generating revenue of €3 million. The range has continued to grow since its launch, with Charles Leclerc subsequently expanding the LEC ice cream line through additional products.
Luxury watches and the Chrono24 investment
Also in 2024, Charles Leclerc and his brother Lorenzo Tolotta-Leclerc acquired a stake in Chrono24, a German online platform specialising in the buying and selling of luxury watches.
Chrono24 is not just another resale website. It is the global market leader in its sector, with an investor group that also includes footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and the Arnault family’s investment company. The platform retains a commission equal to 6.5 per cent of the final price for every completed transaction.
All Time and athlete management
Charles Leclerc’s investment in All Time dates back to 2020. The management agency works with the Ferrari driver as well as other athletes based in Monte Carlo, particularly racing drivers and tennis players.
Lorenzo Tolotta-Leclerc is a central figure in the company. All Time provides athletes with support during their competitive careers and after retirement, with the aim of helping them achieve long-term financial security and professional success.
Sidequest, Charles Leclerc’s creative studio
In 2025, Charles Leclerc founded Sidequest alongside Antoine Truchet and Nicolas Jayr. Operating between Monaco and Amsterdam, the creative studio aims to unite sport, culture and digital storytelling while managing the image and projects of international athletes and brands.
The agency has overseen the launch and production of Charles Leclerc’s fashion projects. It also handled the video documentation of the Ferrari driver’s wedding to Alexandra Saint Mleux.
Charles Leclerc’s CL16 fashion collection
Charles Leclerc made his fashion debut at the end of 2025 with CL16, serving as the collection’s creative director. His involvement extended from working on the initial sketches and selecting fabrics to overseeing the campaign’s artistic direction.
The 12-piece clothing line included hoodies, T-shirts, accessories and even jumpers for dogs. Its defining features were Monaco’s red and white colours and the number 16, which Charles Leclerc uses throughout his Formula 1 career. The personal brand has since grown through further releases, including a new CL16 lifestyle collection.
CL Kart keeps Charles Leclerc connected to motorsport
Not all of Charles Leclerc’s business interests take him away from racing. In 2019, the Monegasque created his personal kart range, CL Kart, in collaboration with Italian manufacturer Birel. The karts are produced at the Birel ART factory in Lissone, Italy.
Eight Sleep and the growing sleep fitness sector
One of Charles Leclerc’s lesser-known investments is Eight Sleep, an American company specialising in technologically advanced mattresses and systems designed to optimise sleep and recovery for elite athletes.
The company operates within the still relatively unexplored field of sleep fitness, using technology capable of tracking and optimising rest almost in real time. Another familiar Formula 1 figure is part of its investor group: McLaren CEO Zak Brown. Eight Sleep has reached a valuation of $1.5 billion.
Charles Leclerc turns his passion for music into an artistic project
Music completes Charles Leclerc’s broad range of off-track activities. It is one of the Ferrari driver’s greatest passions, and he has transformed his love of playing the piano into a personal artistic project.
The Monegasque has released several singles and an EP, all distributed through major global streaming platforms. His catalogue includes his first EP created with French pianist Sofiane Pamart, demonstrating how his interests beyond Formula 1 extend into both entrepreneurship and creative expression.
