Ferrari leaves China with more questions
With the double disqualification in China, Ferrari wrote one of the darkest pages in its history, becoming the first team in 75 years of F1 to be excluded from the GP standings for two different reasons.
It is a stain that Maranello must erase by working quickly and effectively on a car that appears to struggle with height stabilization and floor movements—issues that do not stem from the front suspension (which, as known, has a new design compared to 2024) but rather from the rear suspension.
The worst starts
So far, this SF-25 has collected just 17 points in the first two race weekends—a meager tally, the worst in the era of 25 points per win, despite this being the first year with a Sprint already in the second weekend. Even in 2020—one of Ferrari’s worst seasons—the start was better, thanks to Charles Leclerc’s second place in the Austrian GP. Here are all the starts of the last 16 seasons, ranked from best to worst.
